An energetic and strong leader with an inclusive and collaborative leadership style combined with the passion and commitment to drive change, Kevin Fleming has over 20 years commercial experience, including many years as a senior manager.
To date, a career IT professional, Kevin’s history includes IT roles within both private and publicly listed leading companies in a multitude of industries including medical, engineering, technology, franchising, primary production, finance, real estate, service, warehousing and manufacturing in Australia / New Zealand with international exposure. Kevin is suited to roles where a multi-faced approach is required: combining skills and outcomes across multiple business units.
His expertise includes IT / Business alignment, strategic systems and infrastructure development and building effective dynamic teams.
Demonstrating a high-level of strategic innovation as head of IT at the Ray White Group, Kevin lead a team that dramatically improved customer service and reduced operational costs by successfully integrating several heterogeneous systems. This project lead to a revolution in how senior management and employees alike interacted with their customers; improving information availability and reliability at every level within the organisation.
He holds a Masters Degree in Business (MBA) (2003) and undergraduate degree in Information Technology (1997) both from the Queensland University of Technology; an Associate Diploma in Electrical Engineering and many industry certifications. He is a senior member of the Australia Computer Society and ‘demand class’ member of Australian Domain Authority (Auda). Kevin has served a local community organisation in an executive role for over seven years and frequently volunteers at his daughter’s school.
